To Whom it May Concern:
I am a 3 year resident of the City of McCall. I would like to be considered for a seat on
the Board of the Urban Renewal District.
I have 30 years of construction experience as a general contractor, and 3 years of
experience as a real estate agent.
Although it is hardly applicable, I flew for USAF for five years, mostly in Vietnam.
I have sat on six non profit 501c3 boards for 2 full terms each, and presided over 4 of
them. I feel I have extensive board experience, and work hard at ferreting out all board
member's opinions then achieving consensus.
I am interested in seeing McCall grow in a positive way, and think a district such as this
provides an excellent mechanism.
I can provide references for you both personal and professional if you would like.
