A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE TREE MAINTENANCE PROJECT
OF (FY 1986 -87)
' WHEREAS, on October 21, 1986, the City Council authorized
staff to advertise for bids for the Tree Maintenance Project; and
WHEREAS, a bid opening was held on January 9, 1987 and
California Western Arborist, Inc. was the low bidder; and
WHEREAS, the construction was started on April 16, 1987
and completed on August 4, 1987; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found that it was
complete in accordance with plans and specifications, and
WHEREAS, The final construction cost is $87,515.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 : That the City of Lynwood accepts the Tree
Maintenance Project as being completed in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2 : This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
