A RESOLUTION OF TkE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING ALL
EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION NECESSARY FOR THE
' CONSTRUCTION OF THE SIDEWALK AND WHEELCHAIR RAMP ON
BU!,LIS ROAD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easements are necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the-best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easements; and
WHEREAS, the project has been analyzed and approved by
the Department of Community Development, Planning Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 : The following described easements are
necessary to construct sidewalk and wheelchair ramp on'Bullis
Road.
(Commonly known as: 3740 Imperial Highway, Lynwood, California)

Begin at Southeast corner of Lot 26 of licensed
'
surveyors map as recorded in Map Book 16, Page 37 in the
Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
State of California; thence northerly along the easterly
line of said Lot 26 a distance of 90.62 feet1to the
southerly right -of -way line of Imperial Highway, 100
feet wide, as said right -of -way exited on June 15th,
1987; thence westerly along said southerly right -of -way
line 8.86 feet to a point of tangency with a curve
concave southwesterly and having a radius of 5.00 feet;
thence southeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 103 - 00' -00 ", a distance of 7.83 feet to a
point of tangency with a line parallel to and 2.5 feet
westerly, measured at right angles, of the easterly line
of said Lot 26, thence southerly along said parallel
line 86.64 feet, more or less to the southerly line of
said Lot 26, thence easterly along said southerly line
2.57 feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 26,
said corner being the point of beginning

Section 2 : That the above described easement have been
offered for dedication to the City by: EMANUEL TEMPLE CHURCH OF
APOSTOLIC FAITH, INC., a California religious corporation.
Passed, approved and ADOPTED this 18th day of
August , 1987.

GRANT(S) to the City of Lynwood a municipal corporation, an
easement for public street, sewers and drainage purposes and all
uses appurtenant thereto, in, over and upon that certain real
property in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, described as follows:
