A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATIONS OF $6,500
(SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED) FROM THE GENERAL FUND
IN ORDER TO RETAIN THE SERVICES OF MANAGEMENT
SERVICES INSTITUTE (MSI) TO REVIEW THE
CITY'S PROPOSITION 4 GANN INITIATIVE LIMIT
Whereas, the City is desirous of having MSI review its
Proposition 4 Gann Initiative limitation; and
Whereas, the City wants to ensure that it is following all of the
dictates of the law while remaining within the limit.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, order and resolve as follows;
Section 1. That Management Services Institute is retained to
review the City Proposition 4 Gann Initiative Limit at a fee not
to exceed $6,500.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized
to make the following additional appropriation:

Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon
adoption.
