Dear City Council,
1 am writing to express my interest in becoming a member of the McCall Urban Renewal
Board.
I have lived within the urban renewal district, on East Lake Street, since I moved to
McCall 4 years ago. My husband and I both work at the University of Idaho McCall
Field Campus and Outdoor Science School. I am a grant writer and program developer
for the McCall Outdoor Science School. My interest in serving on this board stems from
my desire to continue to live and work in McCall. As such, I have a vested interested in
helping to make McCall a livable community. In short, I love living here and would like
to find a way to help shape my neighborhood and community for the better.
I have flexible work hours and would be able to attend meetings during the day. I
understand that serving on this committee is not only a substantial time commitment but
also brings with it responsibility to those members of the community who are unable to
serve, but still deserve to be represented. I believe I can serve responsibly and
effectively.
Thank you for your consideration. Please fee free to contact me with any questions (208)
630-4452 or lynne@mossidaho.org.
