A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING AN AUTO ALLOWANCE FOR THE POSITION OF COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

WHEREAS, the duties of the position of Community
Development Director requires extensive use of a personal
vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the City should compensate the incumbent
holding this position for these costs.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Council of the City
of Lynwood does hereby find, order, proclaim and resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the position of Community Development
Director shall be provided an auto allowance of $200.00 per
month.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager or his designee is
hereby authorized to make the following additional
appropriations:
