A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF
STACK OVEN FOR BATEMAN HALL
WHEREAS, Council has appropriated funds for purchase of a
stack oven; and
WHEREAS, staff has received three (3) informal bids for the
equipment; and
WHEREAS, the bids received exceed the required amount for
informal bid procedures; and
WHEREAS, purchase of this equipment is of great value to
patrons of Bateman Hall; and
WHEREAS, purchase of the oven through informal bid procedures
would be more expedient;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the
City of Lynwood authorize staff to pursue acquisition of stack oven
through informal purchase procedure.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of November
