A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER FOR THE SIDEWALK
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT (5 -5081)
WHEREAS, a sidewalk reconstruction project is scheduled
for construction during fiscal year 1987 -88, funded by Gas Tax
and SB -821; and
WHEREAS, under the regulation of SB -821, the money is
not allowed for sidewalk reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, during the preparation of the current year
budget SB -821 funds were inadvertently put in for the project; and
WHEREAS, a fund transfer is required to correct the
funding for the project; and
WHEREAS, there is sufficient funds in the Gas Tax 2107
for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 : That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the ffollowing amendment and transfers:
