A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL
CONSULTING SERVICES

WHEREAS, the City Council has directed staff to implement
a Facade Improvement Program along the east side of Long Beach
Boulevard between Imperial Highway and Fernwood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to retain the services of a
qualified architectural firm to assist in the development of the
architectural theme, individual facade design and specifications,
and streetscape design; and
WHEREAS, staff has solicited bids for services from five
qualified firms; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Robin Beiberly is especially well
qualified to provide the referenced services and has submitted the
most favorable proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The Agreement for architectural consulting
services attached hereto and referred herein as Exhibit 1 is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby directed and authorized
to sign the Agreement.
