A RESOLUTION OF THE CITt�COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE'ADDITION OF THE NEW
SIDEWALK AND WHEELCHAIR RAMP PROJECT FY 1987 -88
TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT SCHEDULE
FY 1987 -88
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized staff to apply for
SB 821 Funds for the construction of new sidewalk and wheelchair
ramps on September 15, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County Transportation Commis-
sion (LACTC) has approved the City's application and allocated
$13,420 for construction for FY 1987 -88; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood desires to construct new
sidewalk and wheelchair ramps within the city utilizing funds
available under SB 821;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order, and resolve as follows:
Section 1 : To authorize the City Manager to add
the New Sidewalk and Wheelchair Ramp Project FY 1987 -88 to the
Capital Improvement Schedule for FY 1987 -88.
Section 2 : This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of
December . 1987.
