A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE TEMPORARY LOANS OF THE SELF - INSURED FUND
AND RETIREMENT FUND CASH TO FUNDS WITH DEFICIT BALANCES
AT THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR 86 -87
WHEREAS, there are several funds with deficit cash
balances at the end of the fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, it is fiscally prudent to eliminate these
deficit cash balances prior to the closing of the fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolves follows:
Section 1. That the Accounting Director is authorized to
process temporary loans of the Self- Insurance Fund and Retirement
Fund cash to all funds with deficit cash balances at the end of
the 86 -87 fiscal year.
