A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE REFURBISHMENT OF BATSMAN
HALL DECORATIVE POOLS
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue maintaining City
facilities in a proper and efficient manner; and
WHEREAS, the Bateman Hall Decorative Pools are in need of extensive
repairs; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of repairs is $90,000; and
WHEREAS, the above mentioned project is not listed in the Capital
Improvement Project List for FY 1988 -89 Budget; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows:
Section 1 . That the Bateman Hall Decorative Pools are in need of
refurbishment and that the project be included in the FY 1989 -90 Budget, CIP
Schedule.
