A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 67 -9, DESIGNATING
CERTAIN STREETS WHEREIN PARKING IS PROHIBITED FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING TOW -AWAY ZONE"
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 A.M. TO 9:30 A.M. AND
3:30 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M. EXCEPT SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS
AND HOLIDAYS ON THE EAST SIDE OF CALIFORNIA AVENUE
BETWEEN IMPERIAL HIGHWAY AND PLATT AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1 . That on the following named street in the City of
Lynwood, parking is prohibited from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to
6:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, and the Director of Public
Works /City Engineer is hereby authorized to erect signs giving notice thereof:
1. The east side of California Avenue from Imperial Highway
to Platt Avenue.
SECTION 2 . This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of Ap 1989.
