A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROPRIATING TEN THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR ($10,564.00)
DOLLARS FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING A
SPECIAL ELECTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council is requesting a Special
Municipal Election for a Public Safety Ballot Measure; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to submit to the
voters a proposed ordinance imposing a Telephone User's Tax; and
WHEREAS, no funds were budgeted this fiscal year:

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City,Manager is authorized to make the
following additional appropriations:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
