The Greencastle Common Council met in Executive Session Tuesday, February 13, 2001, 6:30
p.m. at City Hall, Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order. On the Roll Call, the following
were found to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Crampton, Councilor Liechty and
Councilor Rokicki. Councilor Hammer was late arriving at 6:50 p.m. Also present was: City
Attorney Laurie Robertson, Bill Dory, Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center, and
HAPPICO representatives Mr. Sasaki, President, Mike Burns, General Manager of Finance and
This meeting was held for Econom c Development pursuant to I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(3). No other
items were discussed.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Roach, seconded by Councilor Rokicki. Vote was
unanimous.
