ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES AND FIXING
THE MATTER OF PAYMENTS OF SA/2~RIES FOR
VARIOUS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following Amendment of the above entitled
Ordinance be made in Section 1:

Longevity compensation for the years 1993, 1994, 1995 is as
follows:
5 to 9 years 2 % of base salary
10 to 14 years 4 % of base salary
15 to 19 years 6 % of base salary
20 to 24 years 10 % of base salary
25 to 28 years 12 % of base salary
29 years and over 15 % of base salary
SECTION 2. That the Schedule of Compensation of this
Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as
provided by Law.
