A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD TO APPROVE A CONTRACT AMENDMENT
FOR PLANNING CONSULTANT SERVICES WITH KDG
DEVELOPMENT INC.
' WHEREAS, on February 21, 1989, the City of Lynwood entered
into an agreement with KDG Development Inc. for Planning Consultant
Sa:� .ices; and
WHEREAS, said agreement provided the Consultant with $92,400
dollars for a portion of the work on the Lynwood General Plan update
program; and
WHEREAS, the Environmental Impact Analysis requires an enormous
amount of coordination time between KDG Development Inc. and Cotton
Beland & Associates; and

WHEREAS, KDG Development Inc. has submitted a request for an
additional two - thousand $2,000 dollars based on the above.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find order, determine and resolve as follows:
' Section 1. The total contract agreement for Planning Consultant
Services with KDG Development Inc is hereby amended to $94,400
dollars.
Section 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Section 3. This resolution shall become Effective immediately
upon approval.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this end day of
1989.
