ORDINANCE NO. #309
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MEDINA ZONING MAP REGARDING
PROPERTY IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 23
The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as follows:
SECTION I: The property legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto is rezoned from Rural
Commercial/Rural Industrial to Urban Commercial/Urban Industrial and the Medina zoning
administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause the city's zoning map to be changed to
reflect the new zoning designation.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 16t' day of March, 1999.

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the East 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 then south along the west line
thereof to a point distance 208.72 feet North from its intersection with the Northerly line of State
Highway Number 55 then southeasterly 208.72 feet parallel with said Highway line then North 55
feet then Southeasterly 153.72 feet parallel with said Highway line then South 263.72 feet to said
Highway line then Southeasterly along same to the east line of Southwest 1/4 then North to
