A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING ALL EASEMENTS
FOR STREET DEDICATION AT 3316 PALM AVENUE
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easements are necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easements; and
WHEREAS, street dedication at 3316 Palm Avenue has been
analyzed and approved by the City Engineer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City
easements for street purposes
for dedication, as designated:
Northerly 5.00 feet
the City of Lynwood,
California, recorded
office of the County
Council accepts the dedication of
to the City of Lynwood as offered
of Lot 1121 of Tract No. 3025 in
County of Los Angeles, State of
in book 35, pages 43 -44 in the
Recorder of said County.
Section 2 . That the above described easements have
been offered for dedication to the City by Isidoro Jimenez (owner).
