A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING ALL EASEMENTS
FOR STREET DEDICATION AT 3310 PALM AVENUE
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easements are necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easements, and
WHEREAS, street dedication at 3310 Palm Avenue has been
analyzed and approved by the City Engineer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of
easements for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as offered
for dedication, as designated:
Northerly 5.00 feet of the easterly 50.00 feet of Lot
1120 of Tract No. 3025 in the City of Lynwood, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, recorded in book
35, pages 43 -44 in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
Section 2 . That the above described easements have
been offered for dedication to the City by Isidoro Jimenez (owner).
