A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING ALL EASEMENTS
FOR STREET DEDICATION ON LOT 2, PARCEL
MAP NO. 19342

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easements are necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easements; and
WHEREAS, street dedication on Lot 2, Parcel Map No.
19342, also commonly known as 4516 Arlington Avenue has been
analyzed and approved by the City Engineer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of
easements for street purposes to the City of Lynwood, as offered
for dedication, as designated:
The southerly 4.00 feet of Lot 2, Parcel Map No. 19342,
in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as recorded in book 205, page 26, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
The northerly 5 feet of Lot 2, Parcel Map No. 19342, in
the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as recorded in book 205, page 26, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
Section 2 . That the above described easements have
been offered for dedication to the City by Nathaniel Roberson (owner).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of
June . 1989.
