A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES ON COOKACRE STREET
(PROJECT: 12501 ATLANTIC AVENUE, CASE
NO. 85027)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easement; and
WHEREAS, street dedication along Cookacre Street for the
development at 12501 Atlantic Avenue has been analyzed and
approved by the City Engineer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of an
easement for street purposes to the City of Lynwood, as offered
for dedication, as designated:

The westerly five feet of Lots 9 and 10 of Tract 7099,
in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in book 101, pages 6
and 7 of maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
Section 2 . That the above described easement has
been offered for dedication to the City of Lynwood by U.S.
Housing Corporation (owner).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of
June , 1989.
