A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD TO APPROVE AN AGREEMENT AND
COVENANT TO TIE FIVE (5) LOTS TOGETHER AT
11400, 11416 CALIFORNIA AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission approved a Tentative
Parcel Map and Conditional Use Permit for the proposed construction
' of church facilities and apartment units for senior citizens; and
WHEREAS, the parcel map was never recorded by the County
Recorders Office and expired; and
WHEREAS, the lots should be tied together because of the
interrelationship of on -site parking for the development; and
WHEREAS, the applicant needs documented approval from the City
to maintain recent available financing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, order, determine and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Agreement and covenant is in accordance with
California State Planning Law.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon approval.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of
