of electrical hook up, p and z design review and talk with aspen condos.
NEW BUSINESS
RECREATION
a.) Website
Joe is working on cost for the website. The advisory committee’s concern is staff being able to change information quickly. Staff will work with McCall Web Design and ask these questions.
b.) Fall programs
In roughly two weeks staff will begin brainstorming fall programs and will present our fall programs to the advisory committee in August.
PARKS
a.) Recycling – Fairway Park
Recycling containers are about half full at fairway park.
b.) Legacy Park – remodel, parking, boat launch ramp
We received $4000 from WAC towards the boat launch ramp project. Staff will get public works to help with the project thus only costing us roughly $1200. Park remodel is going fine
and urban renewal is still looking about additional boat trailer parking.
c.) Valley County Marine Deputies
Jim Clarke informed the committee that anyone can be pulled over in a boat for any reason and boats that were pulled over numerous times last week were only pulled over because they
went through the check point numerous times.
Comments from committee members
Nathan would like staff to look at Adult Soccer this summer and talk with the high school coaches for field use and organizing the program.
