MEETING MINUTES
April 21, 2010 — Legion Hall, McCall, Idaho 83638 — 6:00 pm
I. CALL TO ORDER
Shorty Clarke called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm. Members present were, Shorty
Clarke, Brigid Lawrence, Carl Barrett and Jenny Ruemmele, Ed Roper absent.
Staff Present for the meeting: Dennis Coyle, Director, Garrett Mapp GIS Coordinator
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Carl Barrett motioned to approve the minutes Brigid Lawrence second. The minutes of
the March meeting were approved unanimously.
III. INTRODUCTION OF GUEST
Garrett Mapp, GIS Coordinator for the City presented the map program for the City.
Detailed all City owned property including parks and trails. Questions from the
committee concerned length of time for updating. Garrett replied that it is a very quick
application. Committee expressed its enthusiasm for the project.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
LOT application review and discussion: Department/City priorities discussed. Committee
reiterated its desire that Deinhard pathway continue as a high priority for funding and
completion.
Budget discussion took place. Director Coyle explained budget priorities and request for
additional seasonal dollar. Committee agreed.
Board Nominations. The Committee reviewed the letter of interest from Irwin Mulnick.
Brigid Lawrence moved to endorses Irwin to the City Council for appointment. Shorty
Clarke second, passed unanimously. Carl Barrett introduced Dan Engelbreit as interested
in serving on the Advisory Board. Brigid Lawrence moved to endorse Dan to the City
Council, passed unanimously.
