A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING STAFF TO OBTAIN INFORMAL
I BIDS FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT AT MARTIN
LUTHER KING BOULEVARD AND DUNCAN AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue
maintaining City facilities in a proper and efficient manner; and
WIIRREAS, the above mentioned project is listed in the
Capital Improvement Project list for the F.Y. 1989 -90 Budget; and
WHEREAS, $15,000 has been appropriated through
Traffic Safety funds for this project; and
WHEREAS, the project can he completed morn
expnditiously end nfficinntly if done through an informnl bid
prooeHH; and
WIIEREAS, under Section 2 -82(0) of the Lynwood Municipal
Code, Council can authorize implementation of projects through
informnl bids by a 4/5 vote.
NOW, TIIERRFORE, DE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Lynwood nR follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby finds and
determinns, thnt the Trnffio Signal Installation Project. nt.
