A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING ALL EASEMENTS
FOR DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES AS SHOWN
ON PARCEL MAP NO. 20595
' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easements are necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined tha the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easements
as shown on Parcel Map No. 20595; and
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 20595 has been
reviewed and approvel by the City of Lynwood Planning Commission
on February 14, 1989, Resolution 2258; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 20595 has been reviewed and
found to be technically correct by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with, or bonded
for, all the Engineering Division improvement requirements.
' Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication
of easements for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as
offered for dedication,, as designated on Parcel Map No. 20595.
(Map recorded in book , pages of official records of the
County of Los Angeles).
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood, as follows:
Section 2. That the above described easements have
been offered for dedication to the City by Farrokh Keyvan and
Zohreh Keyvan (owners).
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of August
1989.
