A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON�THAT PORTION OF ENTERPRISE PLACE,
AS SHOWN ON PARCEL MAP 14927 IN PARCEL MAP
BOOK 168, PAGE 12 IN THE OFFICE OF THE REORDER
OF LAS ANGELES COUNTY
' The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California, hereby resolves
and ordains as follows:
Section 1: That portion of Enterprise Place as shown on Parcel
Map 14927 in Parcel Map Book page 12, in the Office of the Recorder of
Los Angeles County, more precisely described:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
Industry Way and the southerly prolongation of the
westerly right -of -way line of Enterprise Place;
thence N 7 degrees 34 minutes 14 seconds W 359.13 -
feet to a point, said point being the true point of
beginning; thence N 7 34 minutes 14 seconds W 207.94
feet to a point on a curve concave southwesterly
having a radius of 55 feet; thence northeasterly along
said curve through a central angle of 209 degrees 9
minutes 24 seconds a distance of 200.78 feet; thence
S 21 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds W 50 feet to a point
on a curve concave southeasterly having a radius of
100 feet; thence southwesterly along said curve through
a central angle of 29 degrees 9 minutes 24 seconds a
distance of 50.89 feet; thence S 7 degrees 34 minutes
14 seconds E 88.77 feet; thence S 82 degrees 25 minutes
' 46 seconds W 66.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Said portion of Enterprise Place located within the
corporate limits of the City of Lynwood, is unnecessary
for present or prospective public street purposes and
that the public interest, necessity and convenience
require, and the City Council of said City hereby declares
its intention to vacate and abandon that portion of
said street.
Section 2: That said portion of the street, as above described,
being in the City of Lynwood, is shown on the official map of the City of
Lynwood, at the office of the City Clerk of said City, to which all parties
interested are referred for particulars as to the proposed vacation and
abandonment.
Section 3: That the City Council elects to proceed in said
vacation and abandonment under Section 8300 to 8324, inclusive, of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California, as amended. l
Section 4: The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
determine that the public convenience and necessity require that easements be
retained for construction and maintenance of utility lines within the limits of
the street vacation as described in Section 1.
Section 5: That a new cul -de -sac will be dedicated as shown
(see Attachment A).
Section 6: That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is hereby di-
rected to give and post, as required by law, notice of the passage of this
Resolution of Intention, and give therein the legal description of said street
proposed to be vacated and abandoned, and specify the time and place of hearing
of this Resolution of Intention, which is hereby fixed as follows:

The hearing to be before the City Council of the City of Lynwood, at
11330 Bullis Road, in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall of said City of
Lynwood, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. on October 3, 1989,, at which time and place
all persons interested may appear and object or protest to-the proposed vacation
and abandonment of said street. If the City Council finds from the evidence
submitted that the street is unnecessary for present or prospective use, it may
make its order vacating all or part of the street.
Section 7: This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
