A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING A
COVENANT - AGREEMENT WITH MR. JAMES
OH
WHEREAS, on March 14, 1989 the Planning Commission approved a
tentative parcel map (Tentative Parcel Map Case No.4) for the
purpose of tying together six (6) lots to allow for the develop-
ment of a supermarket at 3801 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Boule-
vard; and
WHEREAS, on March 23, 1989, the Site Plan Review Committee
approved a permit (Site Plan Review No.6) to develop the super-
market; and
WHEREAS, no building permits may be issued when a Parcel Map
or a similar instrument is required for the purpose of consoli-
dating lots; and
WHEREAS, the attached Covenant - Agreement fulfills the same
purpose as the Parcel Map until the final map is recorded; and
WHEREAS, withholding the issuance of the building permits
pending the completion and filing of the Final Map will unneces-
sarily delay the issuance of the required building permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it rsolved by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1 . The attached Covenant - Agreement between the City
of Lynwood and Mr. James Oh is hereby approved.
Section 2 . The Mayor is authorized and directed to sign the
Agreement and staff is directed to cause the Agreement to be
recorded.
Section 3 . This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
