A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION OF $117,000
FOR LONG BEACH BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
' WHEREAS, the Long Beach Boulevard Reconstruction
Project is listed in the Capital Improvement Project schedule for
the FY 1989 -90 budget, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to redesign and relocate
the street lighting from the median islands to the sidewalk area at
both sides of the boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the estimated additional cost to implement the
project Phase IIA, as directed by the City Council, will be
$117,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following budget amendments:

Street Light Assessment 5- 5084 -4220
' Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
