A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO FECIT STRATA
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF
$173,250.00 FOR THE SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
(5 -5116)
WHEREAS, the Sidewalk Reconstruction Project is
scheduled for construction during fiscal year 1989 -90, and
is financed by funds from the Landscape Maintenance Assessment
District and the County of Los Angeles; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held on September 29, 1989,
and Fecit Strata Construction Company was the low bidder; and
WHEREAS, a reference check has revealed that the
contractor has the necessary experience.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That the contract for the Sidewalk
Reconstruction Project (5 -5116) be awarded to Fecit Strata
Construction Company of Whittier, California.
Section 2 . This resolution shall go into effect
I immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of
October 1989.
