'A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING THE CITY PUBLIC FACILITIES
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT BUDGET - APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE APPROVED WORK AND TO
' INCLUDE THE REROOFING OF THE CITY HALL ANNEX
BUILDING
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue maintaining
City facilities in a proper and efficient manner; and
WHEREAS, the City Facilities Improvement Project is listed
in the Capital Improvement Project schedule for the FY 1989 -90
budget; and
WHEREAS, additional work needs to be done to accommodate
the added number of fountains and remote pumping system for the
Bateman Hall Decorative Pool Refurbishment; and
WHEREAS, modifications need to be made to the bay window
screening system for the City Hall Remodel; and
WHEREAS, the roof of the City Hall Annex is in need of
reroofing; and
WHEREAS, additional funds need to be appropriated for the
City Hall Annex reroofing, Bateman hall Decorative Pool Refurbish-
ment, and City Hall Remodel to cover the above mentioned work; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that the City Hall Annex Building reroofing can be more expeditious-
ly effected by incorporating the work as part of the City Facilities
Improvement Project.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following transfer and the additional
appropriations:

Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
