A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD TO APPROVE A COVENANT AND
AGREEMENT TO TIE SEVEN (7) PARCELS TOGETHER
AT 11004 ATLANTIC AVENUE.
I WHEREAS, the Site Plan Review Committee has approved
the applicants request to rehabilitate a commercial building for
a proposed restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has approved a
Conditional Use Permit to allow on -site consumption of beer and
wine at said restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the parcels must be tied together because the
commercial development proposal is under one land use and the
Public Works Department intends to vacate the alley between the
subject parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City COUNCIL of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, order, determine and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Covenant and Agreement is in accordance
with California State Planning Law.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon approval.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS
DAY OF November 1989.
