A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING ARTICLE V OF THE COMPREHENSIVE
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING IN EFFECT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AND THE LYNWOOD EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
GROUP
' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
approved a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding between the
Employee Management Group and the City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, the MOU covered a period ending June 30, 1990;
and
WHEREAS, the City believes that it is in its best
interest to amend this MOU at this time; and
WHEREAS, the designated representative of the City of
Lynwood has met and conferred with the representative from the
Employee Management Group; and
WHEREAS, the representative from the Employee Management
Group concurs with the proposed amendment to the current MOU; and
WHEREAS, the attached exhibit represents the amendment
to the current comprehensive MOU between the City of Lynwood and
the Employee Management Group;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That the attached exhibit, Article V,
Salaries /Wages does reflect the amendment agreed upon between
the City and the Employee Management Group and is hereby
adopted.
Section 2 . That this exhibit is incorporated into
the current MOU and supercedes the previous language identified
in the current MOU.
Section 3 . This resolution is effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 7th day of
November 1989.
