A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR
STREET DEDICATION AT 3342 NORTON AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
has determined that the said easement is necessary for the
' convenience, welfare, and safety of the public, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easement, and
WHEREAS, street dedication for 3342 Norton Avenue has
been analyzed and approved by the City of Lynwood Planning
Commission on August 9, 1988, Resolution 2210, and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with all of the
Engineering Division improvement requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication
of easement for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as offered
for dedication, as designated:
Portion of the easterly half of Lot 20, per tract
2551 in the City of Lynwood,County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as recorded in map book 24,pages 78 -80 in the office
of the County Recorder of the said County as described below:
Beginning at the most southeasterly point of said Lot
20, thence N 6 degrees E along the easterly line of said Lot 20,
a distance of 176.00 ft., thence S 6 degrees W along the easterly
line of said lot 20, a distance of 3.00 ft., thence N 84 degrees
W,a distance of 50.00 ft., along a line parallel with the south-
erly line of said Lot 20, thence N 6 degrees E,a distance of 3.00
ft. along a line parallel with the easterly line of said Lot 20
thence S 84 degrees E a distance of 50 feet along a line parallel
with the southerly line of Lot 20, a distance of 50 feet to the
true point of beginning.
Section 2 . That the above described easement have
been offered for dedication to the City by Guillermo Munoz,
(owner).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this
November 1989.
