Artists RFQ and that the Artwork Selection Committee selected two as finalist artists
to submit specific proposals for the project. The finalist artists are Susan Bond from
Boise and Matthew Andersen from Mt. Vernon, WA. Examples of these artists' works
were presented to the committee. Final proposals are due mid -January. Public input

project that will involve elementary, middle and high school students each creating a
mural similar to the mural currently installed on the Railroad Avenue retaining wall.
