A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ADDING CERTAIN SERVICE ITEMS TO
RESOLUTION NO. 89 -150
WHEREAS, the Resolution No. 89 -150 established rubbish rates
in the City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, certain service items provided by the Western
Waste Industries, Inc., were not included in the above- mentioned
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood expects to take over all rub-
bish billing responsibilities starting January 1, 1990; and
WHEREAS, it is required that those extra service items be
included in the Resolution No. 89 -150.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, as follows:
Section 1 : The fee schedule for the following items be
included in the Resolution No. 89 -150:
1) Temporary Bin - $96.00
2) Each extra pick -up 2cy to 5cy - $11.00
3) Each extra pick -up 6cy - $13.65
4) Locking lids - $9.00 per month per bin
5) Push out of bins - $12.00 per month per bin
6) Roll -off overweight, over 7 tons - $25.00
' per ton per dump
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
