A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET DEDICATION ON A PORTION
OF LOT 60 OF TRACT NO. 10634, IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP
RECORDED IN BOOK 165, PAGES 40 TO 42 INCLUSIVE OF MAPS,
IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY
' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that
the easement is necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the
public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City
shall be served by accepting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, street dedication on a portion of Lot 60 of Tract No.
10634, also commonly known as 11307 Wright Road, has been analyzed and
approved by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with all the Engineering
Division improvement requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of an easement
for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as offered for dedication, as designated:
Dedication on Lot 60. of Tract No. 10634, in the City
of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as recorded in book 165, pages 40 to 42, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County,
'
Starting at the most northeasterly point of said Lot 60,
thence along the easterly line of said Lot 60, a distance
of 10.00 feet to a point, said point being the true point
of beginning, thence S 20 degrees, 10 minutes, 25 seconds
W, a distance. of 78.02 feet along the said easterly line
of Lot 60, thence N 70 degrees, 57 minutes, 50 seconds W,
a distance of 5 feet, thence N. 20 degrees, 10 minutes,
25 seconds, a distance of 78.02 feet along a line parallel
with the easterly line of said Lot 60, thence S 70 degrees,
57 minutes, 50 seconds E a distance of five feet along a
line parallel with the northerly line of said Lot 60, to
the true point of beginning.

Section 2 . That the above described easement has been offered for
dedication to the City by Jorge Damiani and Julio Salido (owners).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of January , 1990.
