A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET DEDICATION ON A PORTION
OF LOTS 63 AND 64 OF TRACT NO. 10634, IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP
RECORDED IN BOOK 165, PAGES 40 TO 42 INCLUSIVE OF MAPS,
IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY
' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that
the easement is necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the
public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest bf the City
shall be served by accepting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, street dedication on a portion of Lots 63 and 64 of Tract
No. 10634, also commonly known as 11251 Wright Road, has been analyzed and
approved by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with all the Engineering
Division improvement requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of an easement for
street purposes to the City of Lynwood as offered for dedication, as designated.
Dedication on portion of Lots 63 and 64 of Tract No. 10634, in the
City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as recorded in book 165, pages 40 to 42, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County,
' The easterly five feet of the southerly 30 feet of Lot 64, and
the easterly five (5) feet of the northerly 30 feet of Lot 63,
per tract No. 10634 in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 165, pages 40 -42
inclusive of maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
Except therefrom the west 150 feet of said Lots 63 and 64.
Assessors No. 6194- 025 -017
Section 2 . That the above described easement has been offered for
dedication to the City by Bruce T. Mulhearn (owner).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1.6th day of_Janua -r -y , 1990.
