A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES ON LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD (PROJECT: 12211 LONG BEACH BOULEVARD)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easement; and
WHEREAS, street dedication at 12211 Long Beach
Boulevard has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of
an easement for street purposes to the City of Lynwood, as
offered for dedication, as designated:
The easterly ten (10) feet of lot 1026 per tract No
3025, in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of
California as per map recorded in book 35 pages 43 and 44 in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County.
Assessor's No. 6168- 021 -009
Section 2 . That the above described easement has
been offered for dedication to the City of Lynwood by Christine
Lee (owner).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of
February , 1990.
