A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD UPHOLDING THE DECISION
OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 31,
TO OPERATE A MULTI - TENANT RETAIL
SHOPPING MALL AT 3100 IMPERIAL HIGHWAY
IN THE CB -1 (CONTROLLED BUSINESS) ZONE.

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on January 9, 1990,
approved Conditional Use Permit No. 31 allowing the operation of
a Multi- Tenant Retail Shopping Mall at 3100 Imperial Highway
and;
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed in detail the proposed
Market Place in order to ensure development in a timely manner
and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has added additional conditions
to Conditional Use Permit No. 31
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, order, determine resolve as follows:
Section 1 . The City Council hereby upholds the decision of
the City Planning Commission approving Conditional Use Permit
No. 31 as amended for the operation of a Multi- Tenant Retail
Shopping Mall.
Section 2 . This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of
February 1990.
