A RESOLUTION OF'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING AN AUTO ALLOWANCE FOR THE POSITION OF
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CITY MANAGER AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE
WHEREAS, the duties of the position of Administrative
Assistant to the City Manager requires use of a personal
vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the City should compensate the incumbent
holding this position for these costs.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Council of the City
of Lynwood hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the position of Administrative
Assistant to the City Manager shall be provided an auto
allowance of $200.00 per month.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following additional appropriation:

General Fund Unappropriated
Fund Balance
Section 3. This resolution shall go
immediately upon its adoption.
