A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ALLOCATING $15,918 IN ❑DBC
FUNDS TO PROVIDE REBATES FOR PARTICIPANTS IN
THE LONG BEACH BOULEVARD FACADE IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1987 the City Council approved
targeting of Community Development Block Grant funds in the 11302-
11378 block of Long Beach Boulevard for the implementation of a
Facade Improvement Program;
WHEREAS, the Commercial Rehabilitation guidelines
Provided for rebates to program participants;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to complete its
agreements with the Facade Improvement participants;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, order, determine and resolve as folows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the payment
of rebate amounts to the following participants in the Facade Improve-
ment Program and authorize staff to process said payments.
SECTION 2. The City Council designates CDBG
as the source of funds for the rebates.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
