A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO IPS SERVICES, INC
IN THE AMOUNT OF $49,692.60 FOR THE SLURRY SEAL
PROJECT (5 -5093)
WHEREAS, the Slurry Seal Project is scheduled for
' construction during fiscal year 1990 -91, and is funded by Gas Tax
for $100,000; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held on October 11, 1990,
IPS Services, Inc., was the lowest bidder at $49,692.60; and
WHEREAS, a reference check has revealed that the
Contractor has the necessary experience.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the Contract for the Slurry Seal
Project (5 -5093) be awarded to IPS, Services, Inc.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the agreement.
Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
