A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET DEDICATION ON A
PORTION OF LOT 348, OF TRACT NO. 2551, IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 24, PAGES 78, 79 & 80 OF MAPS,
IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by accepting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, street dedication on a portion of Lot 348 of
Tract No. 2551, also commonly known as 3547 Mulford Avenue, has
been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with all of the
Engineering Division improvement requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication
of the easement for street widening purposes, to the City of
Lynwood, as designated:
The southerly five feet of the easterly 50 feet of
lot 348, of Tract No. 2551, in the City of Lynwood,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as recorded
in book 24, pages 78, 79 & 80 of maps, in the office of
' the County Recorder of said County.
Assessors No. 6173 - 009 -020
Section 2 . That the above described easement has been
offered for dedication to the City by Antonio M. Corn
and Porfirio Corn,
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of
May , 1991.
