' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR FIXED ASSET VALUATION SERVICES TO STRATEGIS ASSET
VALUATION & MANAGEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,815 AND APPROPRIATING
FUNDS TO COVER THE COST OF SERVICE.
WHEREAS, the City desires to update its valuation of
fixed assets; and
WHEREAS, the City has accepted bids from Fixed Asset
Valuation Firms to provide an inventory and appraisal of its
assets, as well as assist staff in the development of a fixed
asset software program; and
WHEREAS, the opening bid was held on February 14, 1991,
and Strategis Valuation & Management was the most qualified and
lowest bidder with a cost of $25,815; and
WHEREAS, the Strategis Asset Valuation Management has
' been selected due to an experienced staff and provides engagement
approach which will meet the City's need in accountability and
reporting of fixed assets.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the Fixed Asset Valuation Services
contract be awarded to Strategis Asset Valuation Management.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following appropriations:

Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect
