WHEREAS, a large volume of Code Enforcement
activities have necessitated the City Prosecutor's services
on the average of 14 hours per week.
WHEREAS, on June 27, 1990, the City of Lynwood
entered into an agreement with Dapeer and Rosenblit
' (Prosecutor) for City Prosecutor Services in support of the
City's Code Enforcement Program; and maintained in such a
manner as to constitute a nuisance; and
WHEREAS, said agreement provided for the City
Prosecutor to provide at least 7 hours of service per week at
the rate of $80.00 per hour, with the total amount of
compensation not to exceed $ 32,000.00; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as
follows:
Section 1 . The maximum amount payable under
Section 6 of the agreement with Dapeer and Rosenblit is
hereby amended to reflect an increase of $ 19,000.00, thereby
increasing the contract to $51,000.00.

Section 2 . All other terms and conditions remain
Section 3 . This resolution shall become
effective immediately upon approval.
