This concept is one that Jessica and the Director of the Office of Downtown Development discussed with Chantel when she was at the Community Institute Conference. It is a step they are suggesting our local program take since Tybee is small enough and it will strengthen the foundation we have built and the partnerships. In addition,we would be the first Main Street Community to go citywide.
