A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD GRANTING A UTILITY EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY OF A PORTION OF LOT 11,
' IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN
BOOK 146, PAGES 49 AND 50 OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE
OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by granting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, utility easement on a portion of Lot 11,
Commerce Tract, also commonly known as 11750 Alameda Street, has
been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council grants a utility easement
to the Southern California Edison Company, as designated:
' (Four feet wide) Beginning at a point in the Westerly
line of Lot 11, distant North 7 0 27 1 51" West 218 feet from the
centerline of Lynwood Road 50 feet wide as now established;
Thence North 82 39' 11" East 137 feet; Thence South 7 27' 51"
East 48 feet to a point herein after referred to as point "A ".
(Twelve feet wide) Beginning at the above mentioned
point " A " ; Thence Continuing South 7 0 27 1 51" East a distance of 10
feet.
Section 2 . That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the easement documents.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
July 1991.
