A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD SELECTING AND APPROVING TWO
CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS TO BE AMONG THE QUALIFIED COMMUNITY
SERVICE PROVIDER ( "QCSP ") TO RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM EMPLOYERS
IN THE GREATER WATTS EMPLOYMENT AND ECONOMIC INCENTIVE AREA
( "GWEEIA)
WHEREAS, the City Council is aware that currently the QCSP
does not contain names of any organization located in the City of
Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of including such
organizations on the list of QCSP; and
WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges the requirements
and /or standard established by the State for firms operating in
the Greater Watts Employment and Economic Incentive Area;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1. The Council selects two of the listed
organizations whose names shall be listed below.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately
upon its adoption.
' APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd. day of
July, 1991.
